		<description>This is true, but easier said than done. I suffer from &quot;perfectionitis&quot; (that would be, inflammation of my perfection gland). The biggest issue with perfectionists, like me, is we project it on others, especially if we are narcissistic perfectionists--those who are closest to us are beleaguered by the same ridiculously unattainable standards we set for ourselves. Having kids has mellowed me a lot, but I still have a lot more mellowing to do in order to not cause irreversible destruction to myself, my marriage, and my kids&#039; life.</description>
